Upcoming Meetings, Gatherings and Events

7:00 AM.  R & K Restaurant, 1802 Santa Fe, Weatherford.  Take the morning and meet the guys for some great food.  The boss won't notice if you're a little late to work.

Creek Side Grill at intersection of FM 730 South and Church Rd., at 11:30am.  We have been here before and always have great food and a good time.

Meet at The Malt Shop, 2028 Ft Worth Hwy, from 12:00 noon to 3:00 PM.  Show off your car, have a burger or malt and socialize.  This is a great time to get to know one another a little better.  We park in the vacant lot next to their parking area.  Bring your lawn chairs.

This will be an exciting meeting.  We will hear about results of this year's Fall Fling with lots to talk about.  We will also start the process of selecting the charities we will donate to this year.  We will talk about our upcoming Christmas/New Year's Party and more.

Our monthly meeting is held in the back room at the VFW Post #4746, 224 Zion Hill Rd., Weatherford TX.  Members start gathering around 6:30 PM to visit, welcome visitors and share a few laughs.  Visitors are always welcome, come see if we are the right club for you!

Our business meeting and event planning starts at 7:00 pm and typically will last an hour.

Meet at 6:00 pm, Railhead BBQ, Hudson Oaks

We will have a Christmas / New Year's Party combined.  VFW meeting hall, where we have our monthly meetings.  VFW has consented to do a special steak night just for us.  The meal is $21.00 each and includes, salad bar, steak and baked potato.  Our club members will bring desserts to share.  Start around 6:30 PM, however if you want to come early and have something from the bar it will be open.  You will need to pay our Treasurer, Joanie ahead of time and she will write a check to the VFW.  If you want to attend but will not be at a meeting prior to then, please contact Joanie Tondre about making your payment.

Railhead BBQ in Hudson Oaks, 6:00 pm.  We always have a great time here and there is no better food.  Hope everyone can make it.

Thanks Giving Day.  We hope that everyone enjoys this day of remembering the best parts of our lives, friends and family, and how much there is to be thankful for.

We typically do not have a meeting in December since everyone is busy with the holidays.   I will confirm what we will do this year and update later.

Instead of our usual monthly dinner on this date, we will be having our Christmas/New Year's Party on Friday, December 27th.
